Carbell tybe kiln is having movable hood (up & down) which will be operated using
hydraulic system of two cylinder system or more. It will give easy and smooth operation.
The extra heavy kiln structure extends life of the kiln and minimizes the maintenance cost. The hood comes down and closes the car with proper sand sealing with water cooling arrangement, thereby heat leakage will be avoided which inturn gives the long
life of the kiln.
More 1m3 size carbell kiln can be adopted. If less than 1m3 we can adopt top hat kiln.
This makes the kiln cheap compared to carbell kiln.
