PRODUCT
ISSOJET BURNERS are used in bell type, Shuttle type & Tunnel kilns. All
these types of kilns are manufactured by us using various types of our own
burners. Capacities of kilns to meet specific customer needs varying from 1
m3 to 30 m3 are within our normal range of
manufacture, both for oil and gas fired application. We use fuels like LPG,
HSD, LDO, KEROSENE, NATURAL GAS and PRODUCER GAS
CHARACTERISTICS OF ISSOJET BURNER:
Issojet
manufacture is a combination of optimum mixing of fuel/air ratio to obtain
ideal uniform temperature inside kilns/furnaces using diffusion air. The air
so sent in is let out at very high velocity in the form of hot air (Not as
flame) thereby creating uniform heating/heat transfer to the wares. An ideal
ISSOJET burner is constructed with a high purity super refractory material
inside which the flame is converted into hot air and released at very high
velocities of upto appr.300 miles per hour through the discharge end of the
burner block.
FLOW SEQUENCES
High velocity hot air comes out from burner block and circulates in clock
and anticlockwise direction, passes through flue path through down draft
controlled exhaust fan which ultimately controls kiln pressure by electrical
control devices.
The ISSOJET BURNER system of firing in the ceramic kiln involves extra high
velocity burners with best optimum kiln design. This high velocity burners
brings out as heat as jet from fully burned fuels with uniform constant
temperature at a distance of 25 feet in line. The design of the kiln
is in such a way that the jet hot air flows in predetermined path and
direction. Thus ISSOJET BURNER system controls the circulation in and around
the wares, maximizing the uniformity, fuel efficiency and shorter firing
cycle.
SALIENT FEATURES OF OUR ISSOJET BURNER SYSTEM :

fuel by compressed air to fine mist.

oil and air controls, gives stochiometric combustion.

Early
maintenance for cleaning the nozzle.

No moving
parts.

Using the
diffusion air to get high velocity of Hot air from burner.
·
using the
diffusion air to get correct temperature from tip of the burner.
Operation:
At low temperature, diffusion air should be more quantity such a way that,
required temperature will be obtained at the burner tip.
Subsequently the temperature increases the diffusion and air quantity should
be reduced gradually.
The combination of both combustion system and diffusion system increases the
correct raising of temperature and also uniformity of the temperature even
from the low temperature.
This will create positive pressure in the furnace there by no cold air will
pass in.
